Our Story

Hi, I’m Amelia Hepworth, founder of JH Corner. This journey started with a simple dream — to provide for my young son. My first venture was making book-binding kits, and while it wasn’t a best-seller, it was the beginning of something greater. One day, a woman asked me what my business was called. I didn’t have a name yet. As I told my son to “go sit in the corner,” inspiration struck — I took the first initials of his name and added “Corner.” And so, JH Corner was born.

What started as a small home décor business (www.jh-corner.com) evolved with my son. As he grew, so did his interests — leading us outside, to the wilderness, to discovery. And as a mom and businesswoman, I expanded with him, creating JH Corner Outdoors to reflect our shared love for the great outdoors.
